A regional title will be decided in Athens this December. Vangelis Zygomitros and Alexandros Bozic are booked to fight for the semipro welterweight belt at Quest Fighting 18, according to the promotion's Instagram announcement.
The fight is a title bout in the welterweight division, listed by the promotion as a semipro title fight. The winner takes the belt, which makes this a bout with a clear prize rather than a routine card filler.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 13, at 17:30 at the Sporting indoor arena (Kleisto Gymnastirio Sporting) in Athens. The late-afternoon start is earlier than many fight cards, so fans planning to attend or watch should note it.
Our records list the fight as the next booked bout for both men. No records, recent results or earlier meetings between them are available yet, so the matchup's stylistic angles remain open.
What to watch next: the rest of the Quest Fighting 18 card, any change to the date or venue, and the official weigh-ins before the fight.
