Pancrase 369 now has a deep undercard of rebuilding fighters. Many of the nine added bouts feature athletes coming off losses, so the card is built around who can restart a run.
Isao against Ryo Goto is the headline of the additions. Isao, a former lightweight and featherweight King of Pancrasist, is 27-9-2 according to Gong Kakutogi. He lost by submission to Yusuke Kasuya in December 2025 after about 11 years away from lightweight. His Rizin debut in June 2026 ended in a narrow loss to Yusuke Yaji. He has not won in about five and a half years. Goto, 6-4, lost by second-round TKO to Salmad Jahanara at ONE in June 2026. Before that he beat Kazuma Maruyama by armlock in his Pancrase debut and followed with two more wins.
Suguru Arai's return is the other major storyline. The 10th featherweight King of Pancrasist, 19-15, has not fought in Pancrase since winning the title against Shinsuke Kamei in September 2023. He has since lost four straight in Rizin to Kazumasa Majima, Koji Takeda, Ilkhom Nazimov and Kyoma Akimoto. Rui Imura, 13-6, is moving up from bantamweight after a first-round TKO loss in a title fight against Ryo Tajima in December 2025. Both fighters rely on submissions.
The lower-card matchups pair ranked fighters. Mitsuhiro Takaki, ranked first at bantamweight, faces third-ranked Reomi Yamaguchi. Their bout was set for March but fell through when Takaki was injured. At flyweight, fourth-ranked Joseph Camacho meets sixth-ranked Ayumu Kan. Camacho knocked out Taiga Masuda in September, and Kan won by twister in July. A flyweight title fight on the same card, with Sarutobi Ryu challenging Ryusei Tokita, adds to the stakes.
Also added are Shunma Sasaki vs. Tomoki Otsuka at strawweight, Seiji Shirai vs. Ayumu Yamamoto at bantamweight, Maya Yamaki vs. Taika Tanimura, Takuma Okada vs. Shinsuke Kamei and Shoya Seki vs. Kaia Fukuzato. Further bouts and the full lineup are still to be announced.
