Face Off Pro Boxing Fights 8 is now a three-title night. Fightsports Greece reports that the Nov. 14 card at The Core Sports Center Arena in Peristeri carries three championship fights, with a women's world title at the top.
Katerina Koutsogeorgopoulou and Laia Pujol meet for the UBO female world super flyweight title over 10 rounds of two minutes. Fightsports Greece, citing an Instagram post from Face Off Promotions, calls it one of the biggest challenges of Koutsogeorgopoulou's career. The opponent was announced a day after the first bout on the card was revealed.
That first bout is a four-round professional super middleweight fight, three minutes a round, between Vasilis Myzithras and Giannis Antiochos. It is the next booked fight for both men.
The other two title fights were added in a later preview. Kostas Sarkiris faces Paris Stavropoulos for the lightweight title, and Giorgos Kastanas meets Alexandros Tsolkas for the cruiserweight title. The same preview names Alexis Syros and Panos Tsochataridis among the fighters on the card, though their opponents and bouts have not been given.
The sanctioning bodies for the lightweight and cruiserweight titles have not been stated, and the round format for those fights is not yet known. Watch for those details, for the opponents of Syros and Tsochataridis, and for further additions to the undercard before Nov. 14.
