INJURY Clash 17: Žralok beats Pali Hari after leg injury; Kocián vs Fenin result not yet reported

Clash 17 in Ústí nad Labem was reshaped before the first bout. Jaroslav Kotlár pulled out of the Datel rematch, so Datel instead faced Kráľ Pablo and Bourák in a 1-vs-2 cage boxing bout. That fight and the main event between Martin Kocián and former footballer Martin Fenin have no reported result yet.

The night's most worrying moment came in the Street Fight. Pali Hari kicked Žralok's knee on a low kick in round one and was carried out on a stretcher. MMA Fanatik Slovakia reports he broke his shin; no information on his treatment or recovery time has been given. Medics also went to the cage after Rendys stopped Jevický, who lay still at first. MMA Fanatik Slovakia said he looked fine a few minutes later.

Cverna's win over Dirda was a bloody back-and-forth in which both men were counted, and the referee stopped it because of Dirda's exhaustion. Karlos Benda, the Clash heavyweight champion, beat three of his five challengers in the 1-vs-5, then lost to the fourth by TKO and the fifth by guillotine, yet was declared the winner for beating three of five.

The build-up had turned physical. Kotalík slapped Pablo after the public weigh-in, and Pablo says in a video that he lost a tooth. Pablo and Kotalík were not matched against each other on the card.
