RESULTS UFC 333: Volkanovski vs. Evloev card, changes and results

Both champions kept their belts in Abu Dhabi. Volkanovski, 38, ended Evloev's 20-fight winning streak and his unbeaten record.

The bantamweight trilogy was close. Dvalishvili won the first two rounds with relentless pressure, output and takedown attempts. Yan took the last three by defending those attempts and landing harder strikes, including a liver kick. Yan said he knew Dvalishvili would fade once the takedowns stopped working. Dvalishvili accepted the result: "He was better. He is the winner."

What comes next is open. Yan said he would face anyone the UFC chooses and named Song Yadong as a possible challenger. Magomedov, after submitting Cam Rowston, called out Gregory Rodriguez for early 2027; no fight is booked. MMA Fighting's Mike Heck and Jed Meshew also debated a Volkanovski superfight with Justin Gaethje, which would require both to vacate their belts.

Off the cage, Dominick Reyes criticized Daniel Cormier's commentary on social media after his first-round win over Azamat Murzakanov. Cormier replied that he had praised the win.
