DAZN has officially announced an exclusive multi-deal with welterweight titleholder Devin Haney, according to Bad Left Hook. The signing had been widely discussed beforehand, and the formal announcement comes right after a proposed fight between Haney and Shakur Stevenson fell through.

"This agreement removes any doubt or uncertainty about my ability to make the major fights in boxing," Haney said. A DAZN executive said the network expects the deal to deliver marquee matchups for Haney.

Haney, 27, has not fought in nearly a year. He last beat Brian Norman last November to win the WBO welterweight title.
